The Herons are long gone and all that sits in the giant Cottonwood tree are empty nests. The Heron Rookery will remain lifeless until next summer.

Biggest Tree
This cottonwood is the largest tree on our property. Over 100′ tall and over 20 feet in circumference.

Encountered a big cottonwood tree on our hike. The poplar tree is 17 feet in circumference and has a large crown.
