This little vernal pond has been a permanent pond for the past couple years. When the weather eventually becomes drier, this pond will dry up again during late summer and fall.

Deep Reflections
This vernal pool has kept water in it all year. With all the rains, the depth has consistently been 6 feet deep.
Dry Dam
Some of the ponds I have lack water most of the year. They help stop excess water from the thunderstorm that just passed through here.
