This Variegated Maple is a fast growing Hybrid Maple tree. It is a cross of the Red Maple and Silver Maple.

The Hedge Maple(Acer campestre) grows good here. Carnival is a Variegated Hedge Maple that is slower growing than the species, but is spectacular in color.
