Time to build a new house.

The Zestar Apple fruit is starting to change color and soon will be ripe.

So far this is the earliest ripening apple I am growing.

The hard rains have cleared the streams of debris from the forest.

The Young Blue Herons are still hanging out in the nest.

The Golden Pagoda has leaves with a very noticeable yellow color.

A lot of rains this year have filled up my vernal pools of water.

Variegated Chinese Elm(Ulmus parviflora ‘Variegata’) that I have, was via seed propagation rather than cuttings.

There is a percentage of seedlings that will also be variegated.

A nice stand of Sweet Clover flowering:

The Swedish Columnar Aspen is a very narrow tree.

I’ve been taking the suckers and planting them in a row along the mother tree.
