Soon the Mulberry tree will be loaded with ripe fruit and the animals will help spread its seed.

The seeds have attractive red wings that last for awhile in the summer.
North Star Cherry Bird Attraction
The North Star Pie Cherry has been pumping out the cherries this summer.
Robins and other birds have been helping themselves eating these sour cherries.
Variegated Tomato Plant
Tomato plants all look pretty much the same until they have fruit.
Except I am growing one variety of tomato that has attractive variegation in the leaves. The tomatoes taste good, too.
Baltimore Oriole
When I am picking cherries, a Baltimore Oriole comes around making noise at me.
She has a nest of babies in the nearby Bella di Giugno Pear tree.
Evans Cherry Laden with Fruit
The Evans Cherry is becoming larger every year, thus it is producing more cherries.
Soon it may start producing more cherries than I can use, though the birds compete for the fruit, too.
Elderberry Borer
I saw a slow moving insect flying by me and I thought it may be a Peach Borer Moth, so I swatted it out of the air.
It ended up being a Elderberry Borer, though this insect does have some similar colors as the Peach Borer Moth.
