This little known shrub has attractive bamboo-like appearance.
The bark on the branches looks cool, too. These young plants haven’t flowered yet, but hopefully that adds another ornamental aspect to this rare bush.

Peach Week 2015
I cherish the years that my Peach trees produce, since they do not produce fruit every year.
This year will not be as great as the glorious 2013, where I had over a thousand pounds of fruit, but the Redhaven Peach will provide a lot of peaches for fresh eating.
Poor Little Milkweed
I came across a Milkweed plant that was full of Milkweed Tussock Moth and Monarch Caterpillars.
Milkweed is a common weed around here. Lately I have been mowing around them and generally letting Milkweed live and propagate, to help some of the insects that depend on this toxic plant.
Redhaven Peach
Redhaven Peach is a lot bigger than the Whitney Crabapples.
This year will be a better Peach producing year than last year.
