Sometimes they will self seed though.
I have the hot pink reamed in white with the variegated leaves. I save the seeds from summer to summer, but living in Missouri, they are so late that I always worry that they won’t go to seed soon enough. Are the seeds available elsewhere. The same for the stripped variety.
