70 pounds of sweet potatoes were harvested this fall. These potatoes will be used up in the winter.

Sweet Onion Harvest
The Sweet Onion harvest was large enough so I can dry some of them. Some of the individual onions were of very large size.
German Giant
German Giant Tomatoes have worked good for preserving. The plants have produced big tomatoes and sometimes huge tomatoes that can get close to 2 lbs each.
Corn Cob Feast
A by-product of sweet corn are the corn cobs. The goats quickly consume all the cobs I feed them.
Bigger is Better
I have been growing a lot of jalapenos this year. This jalapeno variety is larger than the common type.
Cilantro
Cilantro has produced a lot of leafy greens. I’ve been drying the leaves and will see how they are dried.
Crambe Cordifolia
Crambe Cordifolia is a perennial plant with large leaves. This imposing plant also has large stalks and has tons tiny, white flowers.
Late Season Harvest
Carrots are dug up before the ground freezes. Need to still get off the hulls of the big Black Walnut harvest.
Red Rover
Red Rover Artichoke has red tubers for eating. Also called a Sunchoke, it is related to annual Sunflowers. Red Rover is attractive for the flowering, too.
Potato Onions
The potato onion is a perennial onion that can multiple underground like a potato. The onions can grow to a good size, too.
