Potato Harvest
The good rainfall this year helped create a large harvest of potatoes. Now I wished I liked them more.
Pumpkin Lineup
A good lineup of the various Pumpkins and Squash that bore fruit this year:
Asiatic Dayflower
Asiatic Dayflower is a self-seeding annual plant that has been slowly spreading here. I read that this plant is edible, though I haven’t tried it yet.
Pepper Final Harvest
I had to harvest the rest of the peppers as freezing temperatures came this month. A lot of the excess is dried and frozen.
Volunteer Jalapeno
Because of all the rains, a volunteer Jalapeno seed germinated and even produced some peppers for me to eat.
Start of Fall Harvest
Fall harvest started in August this year. Potatoes and Onions were dug up so that they would not rot from all the rains.
Pole Beans
The Pole Beans have filled up the cattle panels I used for them to climb up. The rain has helped the vines to keep pumping out beans to eat.
Onion Colors
3 colors of Onions are usually grown here. Yellow, Purple, and White.
Large Tomatoes
The Tomato crop has been good this year. A lot of big tomatoes I will be drying.
