Black Locust Deer Rub
A buck deer has been attracted to one of my Black Locust trees. It has been rubbing hard on this tree. Diamond doesn’t seem to distraught about my damaged tree.

Dawn Redwood Cuttings
I had taken cuttings of Dawn Redwood(Metasequoia) this Spring. I kept them moist throughout the year and did not treat them with rooting hormones, yet most of them rooted and grew.
Best Peach Day
The best day of the peach harvest would yield 100 pounds of peach fruit. In all, there was over 1,100 pounds of peach fruit this year.
Bumper Crop Acorns
A Bur Oak tree in the goat pasture has produced a lot of acorns. The goats have enjoyed eating them. Some have fallen over the fence in the corn field, where the goats can not reach them.
Joy Cherry
Joy and Joel Cherry are sour fruits that look like sour cherries. They are not actually a cherry, but similar. They are very ornamental with spring flowers, red fruits in late summer, and good fall color, too.
