Goose Tractor

This silly goose thought it would enjoy the rain water in the tractor bucket. It is nice to find opportunity in the unlikeliest places.

The snow has been melting this month. The geese are having fun in the melting snow, too.

The cattle appear to be curious about what I am doing. They look somewhat menacing from this high, terraced position.

Someday the Princeton Elm will provide plenty of shade for the goats. This American Elm tree grows fast and should live longer than the native elms.

This year we got some new chickens. They have been spending time in the shed until they get older.

This buck goat looks like he wants to become feral. He looks more wild than deer with his untamed, long hair.

This goat appears to being listening to Michael Jackson music. It doesn’t matter if you are black or white.

This is my current lineup of wheelbarrows I have been using to haul manure and dirt: This type of work helps keep me in shape and strong.

Another goat kidding season is upon us. The little ones want my attention.

From the looks of it, we are plowing up our pasture. It really is just a lot of manure being spread on the pasture to help fertilize it.
