My Shinko Pear tree had a lot of fruit this year. The fruit is attractive, but wasn’t the best quality of the Asian Pears.

Honeyberries sometimes get confused and produce a few flowers in autumn. These flowers never ripen into fruit.
Firecracker Apple Tree Fruit
The Firecracker Crabapple is continuing to produce more and more fruit each year. A neat feature is the red flesh of this small apple.
Chinese Dogwood Fruit
There was a couple more Chinese Dogwood fruit on the tree. The fruit was larger and seemed more mature, as it tasted pretty good. Not sure who is eating it, but at least some wildlife like eating this addition to the Oasis.

Melon Harvest
I have found a lot of Melons among the vines. Some years aren’t as productive.
Flower Attractant
Squash flowers have been having some visitors lately. This flower dwarfs the army of ants on it.
Pixie Crunch
Pixie Crunch Apple tree had a few apples for the first time this year. The Apple did not disappoint in the crunch, the flavor was pretty mild though.
Last Mulberry of the Year
The Illinois Everbearing Mulberry had a productive year this year and lived up to its name. The tree had fruit starting to ripen in June and the last mulberry is getting close to ripe now.
Ripening Seaberries
Seabuckthorn is a shrubby, thorny tree, that suckers a lot. The ripening berries are orange and have a lot of flavor.
