Larger Onions
Growing large Onions has worked great for drying. But even these Sweet Onions will make my eyes water when cutting them.
Germinating Flower Stalk
I found some weird patches of Brome Grass. It looks like the seed heads germinated and grew right on the plant.
Chinese Elm Suckers
I planted out the Variegated Chinese Elm and some root sprouts have suckered up. This Elm’s variegation is highly variable.
Double Flowered Rose of Sharon
There are too many Rose of Sharon cultivars to get, but I have gotten some, to add flowers for late summer. This Rose of Sharon cultivar has many double flowered blooms.
Yellow Fruit
There are many different Viburnum species and cultivars, so there is a lot of variability in the fruit. This fruit is an uncommon yellow color.
