Golden View
Golden Leaves can be intense or duller, depending on the cultivar and species involved. While this Forsythia selection has leaves full of vivid color, the Lilac cultivar below is more of a subtle spectrum of colors.
Mexican Bamboo Versus Brome Grass
Mexican Bamboo has struggled to dominate over the surrounding Brome Grass. Mexican Bamboo has been considered invasive, but not as invasive as the Brome competition.
Apple Patience

Evan’s Cherry Delivers
The Evan’s Cherry is starting to become plentiful on Kleckner Oasis because of all the suckers I am moving. This is the mother and is full of cherry blossoms. Last year she produced a good crop, so hopefully she starts producing bountiful crops regularly.

Vernal Pond Spring Rains
The snowmelt and spring rains help replenish the vernal ponds that I have built throughout the woods. This vernal pond seems to hold water better than some of the others.
Hosta Aggression
Most Hostas are well-behaved, but this selection wants to run. This Hosta doesn’t have a lot of garden ornamental value like some other better known Hosta cultivars, but has found a niche in a more wild setting.
