Tomato Flood
The Tomato harvest is in full throttle now. When there are too many tomatoes, even the goats get fed some.
Concord Grapes Ripening
The seedy Concord Grapes are starting to ripen. I haven’t done much with them since they need processing.

A Tree Frog is in a good position to get a meal. It is among the Mexican Bamboo flowers, waiting for pollinating insects to fly by.
Sunflower Harvest
There was a lot of Sunflower heads produced in the garden. The kernels inside the seed shells are a tasty treat.
First Fig of the Year
The first figs are starting to ripen on my Brown Turkey Fig tree. This tree grows in a container and I bring it back inside in late fall.
Late Summer Pink Flowers
The Pink Cascade Tamarisk flowers in late summer. The pink flowers attract a lot of insects that are looking for the late season nectar.
